BT Connected Experiences
We partnered with renowned artist Michael Murphy to create a sculpture that captured BT customer contact centres. Made up of material including headsets, lanyards, keyboards and routers. The sculpture became the representation of the customer journey highlighting that where they see single problems, BT sees the whole picture.
What did I do?: Concept, Art direction, shoot oversight, CRM structure, LinkedIn edit/posts oversight.
